Location close to old town (20 min walk) and public transport (Namesti Miru) Friendly and helpful staff - quick and efficient email and phone communication upfront to clarify some topics, very helpful after arrival Elevator available (we have 2 kids on wheelchairs and this was important) Spacious family room (apartment) Closed hotel parking available 50 meters away (paid) - could be a challenge for minivans due to gate size, but we managed with Skoda Superb without bigger problems (I recommend to use it - there is practically no chance to park your car on the nearby streets as all spaces are reserved for the locals) Decent breakfast Plenty of cafes and a good Mexican restaurant/bar next to the hotel

Excellent reception, very helpful and ready to answer all of the questions. Location is perfect - it’s very walkable to the city center (~30mins), or you can take tram (prices for tickets are great). Amazing city vibe by the street, you can park a car right outside the hotel. The room was very spacious and amazing value for the money. We would definitely come back!

Very friendly and understanding staff. The room was actually really big, which suprised me in a good way. It’s very close to the city center. If you want to, you can easily walk there in 20 minutes, and the route is interesting as well. Passing the big church and other interesting places. I think the price was a bit high, but that could just be because I traveled there in summer season. But I was fine paying that. The service and the included breakfast made it even for me. Would definitely book again!

Brilliant location, relatively quiet (apart from following morning being ‘the bin day’. 🙄 Absolutely huge room, almost an apartment to ourselves. View (top floor, corner of the building so windows from two sides of the room). Huge and very comfortable bed. Staff very useful.

Lovely spacious and clean room, with small private corridor to the bathroom. This was ideal for me as I could sit out in the corridor and read in one of the arm chairs after my baby had gone to sleep in the main room. Breakfast was great and there was a high chair available for my baby. Staff very helpful and friendly.

i had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very cooperative and friendly. I also appreciated the charm of the old-style room design—it added character and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience

Location was perfect for us but as the rooms were hot at night it was a little noisy until around midnight. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Staff were brilliant and a lovely breakfast.

The hotel seems good for its category. The location is pretty good, and in a really nice area! There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The National Museum is just 15min walking. The staff is very polite. Breakfast seems good.

Perfectly located in a quiet area of the city and close to the metro. Many restaurants and bars around. Rooms are bright and large but no mini fridge and kettle. Breakfast is good enough,not much of variety but everything was fresh and tasty. Special thanks to receptionist Yana, who helped us with the taxi to the airport. Overall, it was a good hotel for a short stay.

The City Bell Hotel is not too far from some main attractions of Prague as museums and well known squares. At Christmas time there were smaller street matkets right near to the hotel and there were also trams and a subway travel options in walking distance for cheap. The staff members were all helpful and the continental style breakfast was really great. As for a solo traveller my room was cozy and spacious, I really enjoyed to stay there.
